mmmmm Salmon!

I threw a few fillets straight on the grill last night with some cajun seasoning I grabbed off the shelf just before I threw them on there and they came out just fabulous. Fish always seems to overcook and get rubbery in the oven so I was very happy with the results. I used the leftover to make some salmon salad sandwhiches and omg they are to die for.

It can only get better if that's how good plain 'ol fresh salmon tastes as far as I'm concerned :)
